The colors are through-and-through the vinyl -- not laminated or top coated.
The Vinyl Efx® Outdoor Durable Series is comprised of a variety of cost effective simulated metal, light diffracting and 3-D patterns, primarily in silver and gold, designed for long term outdoor signage.
